The Building Use Fee Schedule is constructed to reflect the Policy Statement on Use of Facility and Equipment with regard to non-ministry events which makes the following statement: Non-ministry organizations, groups, and individuals will be assessed fees, with a lesser amount assessed for any activity which includes a usual participant who is a WSBC member or regular attender (six months or longer).

Church Family fees apply to building use which includes a usual participant who is a WSBC member or regular attender for six months or longer.

Guest Family fees apply to building use which does not include a usual participant who is a WSBC member or regular attender for six months or longer.

Average maximum room capacity based on fire code and comfort is 25.

Church Family: $30
Guest Family: $50

Maximum room capacity based on fire code and comfort is 220 for sit-down reception, 320 for lecture-type setup, and 450 people for stand-up reception.

 In recognition of the longstanding relationship with Lyons Township High School, fees will be waived for up to two musical events annually which are held at WSBC and open to the general public. Consideration for fee waiver will be given to another school’s musical event in which a WSBC member or regular attender is a usual participant. All other policy and procedures for non-ministry use must be met.
